Within the field of Organizational Development we work with focus on the structural, the managerial and the individual aspects of the organization. On the overall, our focus is to develop effective, performance orienented organizations and cultures, however with a close focus on what we define as “the human factor”. To have focus on the human factor is to secure that there is there is a high level of communication skills, understanding and empathy among leadership and within the employees of the organization.

In Intersection we have devoped programs that helps the organization develop a structure and communication within the organization that secures efficiency and clear communication channels. Either from the management to the organization or the reverse. We believe the KPI´s of the organization should be part of the company´s overall performance monitoring and that countinous evaluations should be performed to give the necessary base of correction and further development.
