Stian Tolnæs is the founder of the company. Since the company was started in 2009 Stian has worked mostly on long-term assignments, where the company has been engaged both as a consultancy, and with Stian as “management-for-hire”. After a few years in more permanent positions, Stian now (as of 2020) aims to use his and the company´s resources to build and develop businesses, organizations and people. One mutual factor is “develop”. History and results for Stian´s work show that change management and development has been common factors. Hence, the company looks for project and tasks where this competence and experience is useful.
